Transmar is a regional Egyptian container shipping company that operates across the Middle East, Red Sea, Arabian Gulf and Eastern Coast of Africa. TCI is an Egyptian terminal operator and stevedoring company, mainly operating out of Adabiya Port, where it is the exclusive container operator. Its two lines of business are container and bulk cargo services. Safina B.V. is an Egyptian provider of maritime agency and cargo services, based in Cairo. Together, the companies operate out of 12 ports in Egypt.

Red Sea Passenger Ferry Cruise Terminals

Under concession from the Red Sea Ports Authority (RSPA), AD Ports Group is developing, operating, and managing passenger cruise ferry terminals in Safaga, Hurghada, and Sharm El Sheikh along Egypt's Red Sea coast. The terminals will provide new services, improve access for cruise operators, and add new itineraries through the Group's cruise terminal network in the Red Sea. The operations strengthen AD Ports Group's cruise business in the Red Sea, which also include a ferry terminal in Aqaba, Jordan.

Noatum Ports Safaga Terminal

Noatum Ports Safaga Terminal is a new greenfield multipurpose facility on Egypt's Red Sea coast, set to open in second half of 2026. It will be the first internationally operated multipurpose cargo port terminal in Upper Egypt, and a key infrastructure gateway to economic development of the southern part of the country. As part of Noatum Ports, it offers a strategic location with direct access to key trade routes across the Middle East, East Africa, and Asia.

East Port Said Industrial and Logistics Zone

KEZAD East Port Said is strategically located at the Mediterranean mouth of the Suez Canal. A joint venture of AD Ports Group and Egypt's General Authority for the Suez Canal Economic Zone, the 20 km² industrial park and logistics zone is being built in four phases. Construction of the first 2.8 km² phase is to begin by end of 2025. It will offer mixed use industrial and logistics land and facilities, including warehousing and amenities, for a wide range of heavy and light industries.
